A Romantic Golf Course Wedding at Caledonia

Kailyn and Nate knew they would get married at Caledonia Golf and Fish Club since they spent many weekends together on the golf course with Kailyn’s parents living next door to their dream wedding venue. On the most gorgeous day in May, they said their I do’s among their closest family and friends, with the backdrop of beautiful live oak trees in Caledonia.

The day began with getting ready in cozy pajamas and popping some champagne for morning mimosas. The couple shared their first look at Caledonia and included their sweet dog, Grover, in their photos. Grover also made an appearance on the cocktail napkins at the cocktail hour.

After a stunning outdoor ceremony located off the 9th green at Azalea Row, the cocktail hour kicked off the night’s festivities with some live music, an Old Fashioned signature drink wall, passed appetizers, and a colorful and delicious charcuterie table.

Guests were encouraged to sign bottles labeled for anniversaries to come as a guest book, so special and sentimental that will last for years to come.

The floral focus was light greens, antique whites, and blush colors to match the romantic, outdoor, and garden-inspired style of the venue.

As the evening continued, Kailyn and Nate surprised their guests with the cigar bar and right before the sunset, they snuck out for a peaceful stroll around the golf course together, taking in the final moments of their most memorable celebration.
